Course aim
To provide delegates with knowledge, information and training tools to deliver the Level 1 Foundation Training, as a Core Trainer (outside your own agency) on behalf of ERSAB.
Course details
The role of Core Trainer is different to Cascade Trainer. The Pathway remains the same, however following on from becoming a Cascade Trainer; you can apply to become a Core Trainer, delivering some of the above programmes to people on behalf of the board. This will enhance your professional development, especially if you wish to study to become an adult educator.
